Built on Hard Work & Honest Service
Motor City Grading is a family-owned and operated excavation and land management company serving Metro Detroit. We built this business from the ground up — one job at a time — and we're proud of every acre we've touched.
Who We Are
Motor City Grading, LLC was founded with a simple belief: do the work right, treat people fairly, and show up when you say you will. What started as a small operation has grown into a trusted name across Macomb, Oakland, Wayne, and St. Clair counties — handling everything from residential lot prep to large-scale commercial grading and agricultural land reclamation.
We're not a big corporation. We're your neighbors. Our operators live and work in the same communities we serve, and that means we take pride in every project we complete. When Motor City Grading shows up on your job site, you get experienced hands, well-maintained equipment, and a crew that genuinely cares about the outcome.
“To deliver precision earthwork and land management services with the integrity, reliability, and craftsmanship that Metro Detroit families and businesses deserve.”
